Service prices are as quoted at the time of agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for ongoing service contracts. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
We will work with you to establish a service schedule that meets your needs. While we strive to maintain consistent scheduling, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control may require schedule adjustments. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that our team can safely access the areas requiring maintenance. Any obstacles, hazards, or access restrictions should be communicated in advance.
While we take every care in providing our services, Soyaromaflame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Our services are subject to weather conditions and natural factors. We are not responsible for delays or service modifications due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation policies will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations require reasonable notice. Refund policies for prepaid services will be specified in your agreement. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
